All coloured bras and pants are in stock here and are ready to be shipped as soon as payment clears. Most of the Emily (black, white, nude), Princess (black, white, nude), Portia (black pink, white pink) bras and pants are up at head office in Queensland. When you make an order for one of the above items I email head office and they send it to me either the same business day or the next via express post and then when I receive the item I post as soon as your payment clears. The odd delay does happen with postage, if this is the case I will keep you updated with regular emails.

I have placed an order on your website but I haven't received an email?
Please check your junkmail/spam folder when making a purchase from the website as some emails end up there, if you still have not received one please email me at email@example.com
What happens if my item is lost?
We take no responsibility for lost parcels but since we use Express Post it has a tracking number, please contact us first and we will help you track down your item, generally a lost parcel claim cannot be filled out until after 2 weeks from when the parcel was sent out.
My bra is faulty/damaged, what do I do?
Please notify us by email first within 7 days. The next step is that we will get you to return the bra and its packaging/tags back to us and upon approved inspection we will give you a refund. The item MUST be returned via Express Post. We will not accept regular post or 'return to sender' if this is done we will refund you your money minus $10 as that is what the cost of Express Post and what you should of used.
I ordered the wrong size, can something be done about this?
Of course, at BBB we want our customers to be happy, the first thing you need to do is email us first to let us know that you are returning the bra. It MUST be sent back via Express Post at your own expense. If you want to exchange the bra then we will send you out one more parcel and we will pay for the postage to be sent to you for the first exchange, that’s right ONE FREE SHIPPING PER ONE BRA EXHANGE. If you want to continue exchanging the bra then the shipping costs are to be paid by you. But please check with us first to make sure we have the size that you are after.
Rules of exchange and refund
All bras will be inspected upon return and must be approved by us that it is in a brand new condition, payments will not be refunded until the bras have been checked over. The bras must be in perfect condition, which means un-worn, tags attached, no body odour’s, no smoke smell, no rips, no stretch in the back band, no pet hair etc. If a bra is returned and it is not in a brand new condition then we have the right to refuse a refund and we will send the bra back to you as a second hand looking bra is no good to us. You will be informed via email of our decision. There are no exchanges on bras or underwear for International orders. Also if it is just a refund and not an exchange we will refund the price of them item's, not the postage.

Rules of exchange and refund on underwear
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept or approve refunds or exchanges on underwear, we are not being cruel, that is standard practise for most lingerie places.
Since I can't return the underwear I am a bit un-sure on what size to get, do you have any suggestions?
There is a general rule in lingerie, always go up a size, it's better to be a little loose than to tight. If you range in a 10-12 in underwear then go for the 12. The underwear is bit of a small make, also keep in mind these are not cheap stretchy cotton pants so you need to allow for that when choosing your size. For the Showgirl thongs you only need them to sit below the hips so you don't have to allow for much room, where as the Showgirl shorts need to go over your hips and lower stomach.
If you are rather round in the stomach/hip region then to be on the safe side go up two sizes if you range in different sizes in your other underwear. Also remember that if you do have to go up a size, don't stress about what the label says size wise, the tag can always be cut off ;) Shop for comfort and not for a label size.
My bra seems rather tight, is this suppose to happen?
Curvy Kate bras are made to be a rather firm fit, that's how they give you that extra support. If you are used to wearing cheap stretchy fabric t-shirt bras that you paid two for $20 for at major retail chains then these bras will surprise you at first, but you will soon find that you will wonder how you did without them. The bra is meant to hug your body firmly, to determine the difference between firm and too tight look at the back band, if the bottom of it start's rolling up into itself then it is the wrong size, if the band starts to slide up your back and into your shoulder blades then hook your bra up one notch tighter, if it's still sliding a bit loosen the straps.
Do you ship Internationally?
It's not a shipping option in our cart but we can ship overseas via special request. If you are overseas and you would like a bra shipped to you please email us and we will send you a shipping quote. All bras will be sent via registered post and PayPal is the only form of payment we will accept.

How do I care for my new bra?
Hand wash or if you are going to put it in the washing machine then it must be placed in a laundry bag, this will keep your bra in a great condition. Do not place them in a dryer as this shortens their life span
